About the position

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join their dynamic Marketing team, focusing on the entertainment and comic collectibles space. This role requires a product marketing expert who can drive key marketing initiatives and projects, combining strategic marketing with a passion for entertainment and collectibles. The ideal candidate will translate fan enthusiasm into compelling marketing narratives while utilizing analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost awareness and drive purchases across product lines.
  • Support the Brand Marketing team in optimizing marketing operations, including workflow processes and project management.
  • Leverage insights to develop impactful marketing programs that resonate with current and future collectors.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to design custom Hobby/Retail programming aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Lead efforts with Marketing & Media teams to maximize campaign outcomes and ROI, implementing better tracking systems.
  • Develop and manage marketing initiatives that align with brand guidelines and company standards.
  • Analyze campaign performance and present findings to senior leadership to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Implement dashboards and reporting to enhance performance tracking.
  • Mentor and lead team members, fostering a culture of innovation and integrity.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and organize regular team meetings to boost collaboration.
  • Create PowerPoint presentation templates and guidelines for consistency in marketing communications.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Create a centralized approach for managing marketing assets.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the entertainment or collectibles industry.
  • Deep understanding of entertainment/comic communities and fandom associated with leading entertainment properties.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for consumer brands.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring marketing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, adept at working across various departments and with external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Self-motivation and superior organizational skills to manage evolving tasks and projects independently and within a team.
  • Passion for entertainment, comics, and consumer brands, coupled with knowledge of the trading card and collectibles space.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms used in modern marketing campaigns.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $140,000-$170,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
