Responsibilities

• Engage in budget processes, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of budget preparation and submission
• Apply strong knowledge of accounting principles to analyze and interpret financial data
• Leverage advanced Excel skills to manage large volumes of data and conduct financial analysis
• Monitor and review financial information, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary data for budget preparation
• Provide financial advice to management, supporting the development of financial strategies and plans
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial policy and procedures

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of budget processes and budgeting methods
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong financial analysis skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting financial information to non-financial staff and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field is required
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
