About the position

The Senior Business Information Management Analyst (US) plays a crucial role in the management of data related to US Liquidity at TD Bank. This position is responsible for implementing and maintaining the data management operating model, which includes establishing business-specific data standards, policies, and tracking ongoing data quality in alignment with enterprise guidelines. The goal is to effectively manage data through complex requirements and monitor the quality of data across US Liquidity. As a subject matter expert, the analyst will provide technical leadership across various information management functions, supporting data and analytics initiatives. In this role, the analyst will work independently and may lead projects that involve analysis, design, and support of business data management solutions. The position requires advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in programming languages. The analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing data repositories, warehouses, and marts, as well as data movement and transformation processes. They will also support data modeling capabilities to structure business data for various applications and ensure that business teams can effectively use and understand the data and reporting solutions provided. The analyst will collaborate with technology and business partners to resolve issues and ensure that data design and development initiatives align with established standards. They will also be involved in developing data roadmaps and information management strategies, driving data-centric solution development, and adopting the Enterprise Data model in alignment with organizational goals. This position requires a strong understanding of data quality management, data issue management, and data dashboarding, as well as the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in business administration, statistics, mathematics, science, or finance.
  • Proficient knowledge of various data sources, tools, and technologies used in preparing summaries and reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and draw conclusions.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends.
  • Skill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods, and reporting techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
