About the position

The Sr Business Analyst & HR Programs Manager at Exelon is responsible for developing, managing, and evaluating HR programs and initiatives from planning to post-implementation phases. This role involves critical consultation and analysis of HR data to identify trends and insights that influence HR operations and improve business effectiveness. The position requires strong data analysis skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting on all data for HR scorecards and KPI's, using data and analytics to create meaningful stories and insights for recruitment strategy and workforce planning.
  • Designing, developing, maintaining, and distributing regular recurring reports, and providing support for complex ad-hoc queries.
  • Supporting critical HR initiatives through accurate data collection and report preparation across various HR functions.
  • Managing HR programs and processes, including college and entry-level positions, and evaluating their effectiveness and ROI.
  • Assisting in various HR projects to support overall HR success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business field with 4-7 years of related business experience, or a high school diploma with 9-12 years of related experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, HR Analytics, and Power BI.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting data-driven insights.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Familiarity with HR metrics and trends to inform HR strategy and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with HR business partners and leaders.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
