About the position

The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the ServiceNow (SNOW) platform. This role requires extensive experience in process documentation and the ability to capture current business processes to facilitate the implementation of ServiceNow's Legal Service Delivery module. The position is hybrid, requiring strong technical skills in SNOW and domain experience in the Education sector, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring project alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for various projects.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Utilize SNOW to manage and track project progress ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including requirements, process flows, and user guides.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to validate requirements and obtain approvals.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems.
• Monitor project performance and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new solutions.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project implementation.
• Continuously seek opportunities to leverage technology to improve business processes.

Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong technical skills in ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Domain experience in Education is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Adept at stakeholder management and building strong working relationships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.
• ITIL Certification.
