About the position

The Sr Business Development Manager at Qorvo is a quota-driven sales role focused on developing and executing customer strategies for the Mobile Division, which specializes in advanced RF solutions for mobile devices. The position involves working closely with a leading consumer electronics customer to address technical concerns, drive revenue growth, and achieve design wins. The role requires collaboration across various business units and exposure to all aspects of the sales process, including customer management and product strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with a leading consumer electronics customer to understand their technical concerns and represent Qorvo technology.
  • Define and execute differentiated customer development strategies for Qorvo's Mobile Division.
  • Develop winning customer strategies to fuel Qorvo's revenue growth.
  • Manage customer relationships and technical program management.
  • Collaborate with Qorvo business units to develop value-based commercial proposals.
  • Achieve customer design wins and revenue targets for Qorvo Mobile Division.
  • Forecasting and opportunity tracking.
  • Facilitate product planning and execution with Qorvo global factory locations.

Requirements

  • BS Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of related industry experience.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and program management skills.
  • Background in radio frequency engineering and relationships with key mobile OEMs.
