The team manages the Creator product suite across Amazon, ensuring a seamless experience for users, experimenting with compensation structures, and launching features that foster a sense of achievement among creators, in addition to providing monetary rewards. The goal is to strengthen the community, credibility, and positive feedback loops for creators, while also collaborating with strategic customers to develop new partnership opportunities that transform how creators can engage with Amazon and earn revenue at scale. In this role, you will be part of Amazon's Influencer Program (AIP), which is redefining social commerce by addressing customer pain points and democratizing earning opportunities for all creator cohorts. As a passionate advocate for creators, you will build relationships with top creators, assisting them in generating revenue, developing audience strategies, and tailoring their content to enhance shopping outcomes and promote Amazon's retail offerings and subscription services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social commerce trends and how Amazon's services can help creators monetize their content across various formats and platforms. You will leverage your expertise in digital and social media to recruit and engage creators, maximizing their earning potential through your support. Your responsibilities will include managing a dedicated book of business, providing one-on-one support to creators, and offering insights and best practices to help them achieve their goals. You will develop and drive growth objectives for acquisition, engagement, and revenue, while also creating a pipeline of opportunities and monitoring creator performance. Additionally, you will represent the voice of the customer and creator to stakeholders, driving cross-functional solutions and tech innovations to meet their needs. This role requires a strategic and analytical mindset, as well as the ability to build compelling value propositions and work collaboratively across various teams to implement actionable plans.
