Workday is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst who is passionate about leveraging data to influence business decisions. This role presents an outstanding opportunity to combine technical expertise, a deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process, and exceptional presentation skills to drive significant impact within the Global Procurement Office (GPO). The successful candidate will support data-driven decisions aimed at optimizing processes and will be responsible for communicating strategic recommendations to stakeholders. The focus of this position is to make complex data more accessible, understandable, and usable, thereby enhancing the decision-making process across the organization. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, define, and clarify business requirements. You will translate these stakeholder needs into efficient reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights. By leveraging datasets across Workday and other applications, you will investigate key business trends, performance metrics, issues, and behaviors. Additionally, you will create quarterly business reviews and communicate findings to stakeholders, ensuring that the insights derived from data are effectively shared and utilized. The position requires supporting and enhancing the data infrastructure built using Workday Prism and Workday Reporting, which is crucial for maintaining the integrity and usability of the data used for analysis.
