About the position

The Sr. Business Management Specialist (Digital/Contact Center Lead) at TD Bank is responsible for leading significant business management functions and strategy planning for complex and high-risk initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Lead significant business management functions and strategy planning for complex initiatives.
  • Interface with executive and functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring effective implementation of policies and processes across functional areas.
  • Provide thought leadership and direction to executive audiences, developing roadmaps and strategic plans.
  • Assess emerging trends and regulatory requirements, identifying issues and recommending actions to senior management.
  • Facilitate governance meetings and implement action plans to address performance and risk issues.
  • Support a positive work environment that promotes quality, innovation, and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in business management and strategy.

  • Proven experience managing the office of the Head of Digital Banking and Contact Centers.
