Responsibilities

• Lead significant business management functions and strategy planning for complex initiatives.
• Interface with executive and functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, focusing on long-term planning for the functional area.
• Provide thought leadership and facilitate key discussions with executive audiences.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, maintaining a culture of risk management and control.
• Actively manage relationships with corporate and control functions to align with enterprise requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives as a subject matter expert, identifying risks and providing guidance.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in business management and strategy.
