About the position

The Senior Business Manager for Digital Growth Marketing at Capital One Shopping will lead the growth agenda for the consumer app, focusing on scaling products and enhancing customer experiences. This role requires a blend of analytical and creative problem-solving skills to drive strategies across various paid marketing channels, aiming for significant business growth. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external teams, manage projects, and contribute to the overall success of the organization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a growth agenda within Paid Search.
  • Understand the landscape of Paid Search and formulate a perspective on its future.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to develop product and creative roadmaps.
  • Act as a versatile teammate and analyst, tackling various projects as needed.
  • Develop business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage and develop a team of analysts, coaching and mentoring associates.
  • Lead direct to consumer marketing efforts for select products.
  • Build targeted insights to inform new customer experiences and technology concepts.
  • Drive improvements in credit performance through rigorous analysis.
  • Coordinate across the line of business to manage and execute product strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering).
  • At least 2 years of experience in quantitative analysis.
  • At least 2 years of experience in qualitative analysis.
  • At least 1 year of experience in project management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree in Business or a quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis.
  • 5+ years of experience in qualitative analysis.
  • 1+ years of experience in people management.
