This includes the collation and evaluation of data from multiple sources, identifying assumptions, trends, and conclusions based on the available data. The analyst will also be tasked with preparing financial and quality impact analyses, as well as final reports that present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. As a subject matter expert on various data streams, the Senior Business Operations Analyst will translate complex business problems into actionable solutions, contributing to various operational initiatives within Hartford HealthCare and Hartford HealthCare Medical Group. This role is essential for driving informed decision-making and supporting the overall mission of providing high-quality healthcare services to the community.

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform a variety of initiatives to support operational needs of Hartford HealthCare Medical Group.
• Conduct strategic work and analysis of data and trends.
• Oversee project management activities to ensure timely completion of initiatives.
• Implement automation processes to enhance operational efficiencies.
• Interpret clinical and operational data to summarize key issues and market forces.
• Collate and evaluate data from various sources to identify assumptions, trends, and conclusions.
• Prepare financial and quality impact analyses for operational initiatives.
• Develop final reports that present comprehensive analyses and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on different data streams for operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Master's in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of healthcare or business experience required.
• 5 years of healthcare or business experience preferred.
• 3 years of healthcare informatics or decision support experience preferred.
