In this position, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and efficiency across the business segment. Your primary focus will be on partnering with business analytics counterparts to develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and dashboards that track key performance metrics, sales pipeline, and revenue. You will leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies, collaborating with teams across the business to provide data-backed recommendations that inform strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will assist in managing the sales forecasting process, analyzing trends and variances to provide accurate and timely projections. Collaborating with GTM Analytics and Finance, you will ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting, addressing any operational roadblocks that may impact the sales and customer care teams' ability to close deals and progress the pipeline. Streamlining and standardizing business operations processes will be crucial to driving consistency and scalability, and you will implement tools and technologies to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity. Documenting and socializing best practices will enable the broader team to benefit from your insights and expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence and efficiency across the business segment.
  • Partner with business analytics counterparts to develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and dashboards to track key performance metrics, sales pipeline, and revenue.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to provide data-backed recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in management of the sales forecasting process, analyzing trends and variances to provide accurate and timely projections.
  • Collaborate with GTM Analytics and Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting, including acquisition, upsell, downsell, churn, renewals, and exit MRR.
  • Identify and address any operational roadblocks impacting the sales and customer care team's ability to close deals and progress pipeline.
  • Streamline and standardize business operations processes to drive consistency and scalability.
  • Implement tools and technologies to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity.
  • Document and socialize best practices to enable the broader team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, sales operations or equivalent function.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric approach with interpersonal skills necessary to manage business and technology relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical parties.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Tableau, Salesforce.
