This position is integral to managing Product Life Cycle activities, including New Product Introduction (NPI), Product Change Notification (PCN), Build to Order (BTO), End of Life (EOL), and Obsolete (OBS) products. The role requires collaboration with various teams such as Marketing, Program Managers, Planning, Customer Service/Sales, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to ensure a smooth operation throughout the product lifecycle. The successful candidate will monitor and promote a healthy supply and demand balance for NPI and High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) by partnering with cross-functional teams. This includes working closely with global warehouse teams to ensure that the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is well-maintained and up to date. Additionally, the role involves partnering with Sales, Business Units, Marketing, and Finance to establish customer demand on a monthly cadence and organizing and facilitating Sales Forecast reviews. Other duties may be assigned as necessary, reflecting the dynamic nature of the role. Responsibilities

  • Support managing Product Life Cycle activities (NPI, PCN, BTO, EOL, OBS) by collaborating with Marketing, Program Managers, Planning, Customer Service/Sales, Engineering, and Warehouse teams.
  • Monitor and promote healthy NPI/HVM supply and demand balance by partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with global warehouse teams to ensure the ERP is well-maintained and up to date.
  • Partner with Sales, Business Unit, Marketing, and Finance to support establishing Customer Demand on monthly cadences.
  • Organize and facilitate Sales Forecast reviews.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 4+ years of business operations or related experience.
  • OR Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 6+ years of business operations or related experience.
  • 7+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations/Analysis, Demand Planning, Supply Chain/Planning.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Proficient in Excel data analysis, reporting, and modeling (Vlookup, Pivot Tables).
  • Experience with Oracle ERP.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Demantra, Kinaxis RapidResponse, Tableau, Qlikview.
  • Detail-oriented with an aptitude for analytical work.
  • Ability to collaborate and problem-solve.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
