About the position

The Sr Business Operations Manager at T-Mobile plays a crucial role in supporting the Elevate Operations leader by overseeing administrative, financial, and operational activities related to procurement and supply chain transformation. This position serves as a key liaison among top management, vendors, employees, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project oversight. The role requires a strong background in supply chain and procurement, along with the ability to track operational performance and provide timely updates to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary support for the Elevate transformation operations team, driving key Procurement and Supply Chain transformation efforts.
  • Build executive-level presentations and narratives for procurement and supply chain transformation, utilizing key metrics to support content.
  • Act as a proxy for the Operations transformation leader in critical business meetings and projects related to operational issues and team progress.
  • Collaborate with internal leads and vendors to implement key initiatives such as the Supply Chain S&OP process.
  • Monitor top priority active projects and keep leadership informed of significant matters requiring immediate attention.
  • Act as a liaison across functional groups regarding process and policy changes, compliance issues, and department-wide communications.
  • Handle additional duties and projects as assigned by business management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience (Required).
  • More than 10 years of Supply Chain / Planning experience (Required).
  • More than 10 years of experience in fulfillment, inventory planning, and demand planning; telecom experience preferred (Preferred).
  • Solid operational and supply chain knowledge along with financial acumen (Required).
  • Experience with Oracle applications and transformation activities (Preferred).
  • Strong executive-level communication skills (Required).
  • Project management and process management skills (Required).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Oracle applications and transformation activities (Preferred).
