You will work closely with Business Operations managers, Business Leaders, Central Operations, and Geo Finance to influence and drive operational rigor and excellence. Your success will hinge on your ability to proactively plan processes and automate regular cadences, ensuring that business recommendations are actionable, data-driven, precise, and relevant to the business segment. Your primary focus will be on business planning, where you will collaborate with Geo and Operations leaders to formulate a local planning strategy that aligns with ProServe's worldwide strategy. You will own and adapt the local planning process and framework, ensuring that it addresses both local challenges and global priorities. This includes developing data-driven analyses and conclusions for our planning processes and strategic initiatives, defining metrics to measure business performance, and leading a standard cadence of operations such as goal setting and revenue reviews. In addition to business planning, you will own the process and framework for various business reviews, including WBR, MMR, MBR, and QBR. As a Program Manager, you will drive and deliver key operational initiatives from ideation through implementation, providing day-to-day cross-functional coordination and program oversight. You will monitor progress, report on status, and flag or resolve risks to ensure successful program delivery.
