About the position

The Sr. Business Process Analyst role is focused on improving business processes through effective analysis and management of requirements. The position requires a deep understanding of various systems and methodologies, as well as the ability to lead projects that enhance operational efficiency. This role is essential for ensuring that business needs are accurately captured and translated into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Elicit and define requirements for business processes.
  • Plan and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Document requirements clearly and comprehensively.
  • Verify and validate requirements to ensure they meet business needs.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and prepare business cases for proposed solutions.
  • Assess and validate solutions to ensure they align with business objectives.

Requirements

  • At least five (5) years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Requirement Management.
  • Experience in requirements elicitation, planning, documentation, and validation.
  • Prior experience with at least four types of systems such as Asset Management, Budget, Document Management, Financial, and others.
  • Experience creating use cases for system design and customization.
  • Experience leading projects using SDLC, Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of current and emerging IT products and business processes.
  • Excellent contract management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with JIRA or other requirement management applications.
