About the position

The Sr Business Systems Analyst for Order Fulfillment Technologies at Lam Research plays a crucial role in analyzing complex business problems and driving innovation through re-engineered processes and automated technology solutions. This position involves providing consultation to end users, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with corporate initiatives and IT strategies to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems and provide innovative technology solutions.
• Consult with end users to understand their operational needs and determine the best technology solutions.
• Architect and design business processes and systems solutions in support of business objectives.
• Serve as a Business Systems Analyst in various projects from inception through post-mortem.
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including leadership, to articulate complex planning scenarios and trade-offs.
• Run meetings and forums to drive technology and business strategy, solutions, and execution.
• Track and drive tasks to closure and escalate as required.

Requirements

• Strong functional and technology background in SAP ERP systems (ECC and S/4), especially in Advanced Variant Configuration, Production Planning (PP), and Materials Management (MM).
• Deep knowledge of Lead/Opportunity management, Customer & Sales Collaboration, Demand Configuration & Management, and Inventory Management.
• Minimum 7 years of overall SAP experience with at least 3 years in MM, PP, and SD (VC).
• Experience in managing and working with Managed Services support consultants.
• Demonstrated experience writing software requirements and test specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SAP S/4 is a plus as the company transitions from SAP ECC to S/4.
• Experience in WFE or discrete manufacturing industry with ETO/CTO/MTO business model.
