About the position

The Sr Business Systems Analyst will focus on optimizing Payer Access pull-through tools and strategies within the healthcare industry. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes, develop strategic initiatives, and enhance user experiences through effective communication and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives related to Payer Access Pull through
  • Analyze and evaluate current Payer Access Pull Through processes and tools, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance Payer Access pull-through across the commercial enterprise
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities in the Payer Access Pull through landscape
  • Collaborate with the E2E teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of strategies and goals
  • Utilize hands-on experience with UX/UI to contribute to the design and development of user-friendly tools and systems, including Veeva CRM-integrated pull through tools
  • Perform data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights related to Payer Access Pull Through
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in Payer contracting, Access and Pull Through

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Payer Access Pull Through in the healthcare industry
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovative solutions
  • Hands-on experience with UX/UI, with the ability to contribute to the design and development of optimal field and home office user experiences, and user-friendly tools/systems
  • Excellent data analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Experience with Veeva CRM or comparable field force CRM
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
