About the position

The Sr. Business Systems Analyst position is a permanent full-time opportunity with a leading entertainment client located in Gainesville, FL. This role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence as needed, and offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, managing projects, and ensuring the effective integration of systems within the organization. The position requires a deep understanding of the medical device industry, as well as extensive experience in business analysis and project management within a manufacturing or engineering global organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, data management, and business intelligence applications, along with the ability to communicate complex business requirements effectively. In this role, the Sr. Business Systems Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to identify project needs, determine resource requirements, and execute large-scale IT projects from conception through implementation. The candidate will also be expected to create training materials and deliver training sessions to ensure that all team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to utilize the systems effectively. The position demands a thorough understanding of information technology and its application to business issues, as well as proven experience in database software operation and analysis, project management, and business process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and improve business processes within the organization.
  • Manage and execute large-scale IT projects from vision through implementation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project needs and resource requirements.
  • Create training materials and deliver training sessions to team members.
  • Conduct business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling, and data modeling.
  • Ensure effective integration of ERP systems and enterprise integration methods.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
  • 2+ years' experience in the Medical Device Industry is highly desired.
  • 10+ years' experience in business analysis and project management.
  • 5+ years' experience working in a manufacturing/engineering global organization.
  • 5+ years' experience with ERP class systems and enterprise integration methods.
  • 5+ years' experience in business process improvement in a manufacturing company.
  • 5+ years' experience with data management and business intelligence applications.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex business processes and requirements.
  • Thorough understanding of information technology and its application to business issues.
  • Proven experience in database software operation and analysis, data retrieval, and reporting applications.
  • Strong experience with SDLC and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills.
