About The Position
The Sr Business Systems Analyst at PSEG is responsible for aligning business systems with user needs, documenting requirements, and determining strategies for implementing systems to achieve business goals. This role involves gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, supporting product enhancements, and ensuring customer satisfaction through collaboration with various business functions. The analyst will also engage in system integration, user acceptance testing, and troubleshooting product bugs, working closely with Utility Technologies, stakeholders, and the Salesforce Center of Excellence.
