About the position

The Sr Business Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in gathering requirements from various business units and translating them into actionable insights for programmers and developers. This position involves conducting cost-benefit analyses to support system implementation decisions, as well as coordinating and linking computer systems within the organization to enhance compatibility and information sharing.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business units and translate them to programmers and developers.
• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.
• Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed.
• Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility and ensure information can be shared.
• Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles.
• Expand or modify systems to serve new purposes or improve workflow.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Proficiency in REST APIs.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with Service Now.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Generative AI.
• Familiarity with AWS.
