About the position

The Sr. Campaign Manager will play a pivotal role in the Americas Customer, Industry, and Partner Marketing team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). This position is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for specific industries or product categories, focusing on lead generation and sales activation. The role involves managing campaign content, audience targeting, and performance reporting, as well as contributing to event strategies and ensuring effective follow-up with leads. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a strong track record in cross-functional collaboration and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Creates and executes multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with the Americas sales GTM strategy.
  • Collaborates and maintains relationships with sales and marketing leaders and peers.
  • Defines target audience parameters by campaign and maintains target account lists specific to segments.
  • Works closely with Event Managers to influence event registration and attendance goals, and determines post-event lead follow-up and nurture strategies.
  • Identifies assets and platform creative for campaign promotion, evaluating effectiveness and recommending improvements.
  • Executes promotional content development including post copy and visuals.
  • Contributes to sales visibility into upcoming lead queues and provides enablement materials for post-event and campaign follow-up by sellers.
  • Delivers data and insights to improve campaign performance and keeps stakeholders informed.
  • Oversees campaign marketing budget, ensuring compliance with internal finance policies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience executing scaled marketing campaigns through email or social media.
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with a global footprint.
  • MBA.
