About the position

The Sr. Change Management Partner is a pivotal role within Qurate Retail Group, specifically designed to facilitate and manage change initiatives across various technology-driven projects. This position is remote, allowing flexibility for candidates located in Florida or Pennsylvania, and reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Value Stream Change Management. The primary responsibility of the Sr. Change Management Partner is to ensure that change management capabilities are effectively aligned with the Product Management teams, Value Streams partners, and technology partners. This involves leading the execution of change management activities for large-scale technology-driven change projects while also advising on smaller-scale technology change activities. In this role, you will be tasked with building and implementing Large-Scale Change Programs and providing guidance on Small-Scale Technology Change Programs. You will apply a structured approach and utilize defined tools to lead these initiatives, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process. Your impact will be significant as you partner with project teams and leaders to gain visibility into projects, assess stakeholder impacts, and establish timelines. Additionally, you will perform business impact assessments to determine the degree and type of impact on end-user skills, behaviors, job tasks, technology, and organizational culture. Monitoring organizational readiness and change saturation levels will be crucial in identifying potential risks, and you will maintain a stakeholder analysis inventory throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves leading change enablement activities and communications to enhance team member awareness and knowledge, as well as measuring end-user change readiness and adoption metrics through surveys, training data, and feedback leading up to and beyond the go-live phase to ensure successful adoption of changes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale technology-enabled change management activities with project leadership, technology partners, and impacted teams.
  • Partner with project teams and leaders to gain visibility into projects, stakeholder impacts, and timelines.
  • Perform business impact assessments to determine the degree and type of impact on end-user skills, behaviors, job tasks, technology, and organizational culture.
  • Assess organizational readiness and monitor change saturation levels to identify risks.
  • Maintain a stakeholder analysis inventory across the project.
  • Lead the execution of change enablement activities and communications to enhance team member awareness and knowledge.
  • Measure end-users' change readiness and adoption metrics through change surveys, training data, and feedback leading up to and beyond go-live.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, or 10 years of applicable experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 5 years of business experience.
  • 3 years of experience leading organizational change projects within Technology.
  • Prosci Change Management Certification or experience with the Prosci methodology is beneficial.
