As a Senior Channel Enablement Program Manager at Verkada, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the development, execution, and communication of the business impact of ongoing learning initiatives across our channel partners. Your primary responsibility will be to design and execute program and process frameworks that exhibit repeatability and scalability within the business, aligning with the broader objectives of our Channel function. You will strategically establish, oversee, and expand learning and competency development programs that enhance the business processes of our channel partners and improve how our internal team interacts with the channel. Collaboration will be key in this role, as you will work closely with our Instructional Designer and Enablement leads to craft instructional content and manage our partner portal. You will forge strong partnerships with sales leadership and channel business partners to identify and prioritize enhancements for ongoing programs, including tiering and VCE. Regular reporting on the performance of channel enablement programs will be essential, as you will communicate business impact through quarterly business reviews. In addition to program management responsibilities, you will balance strategic planning and execution. You will receive and scope Tier 1 requests with requesters and stakeholders to fully understand the request and its impact on teams, developing a comprehensive project plan that includes pre-launch, launch, and post-launch components. As the main driver for NPI Channel Enablement, you will ensure that the channel perspective is represented in larger New Product or Process introductions throughout the year. Your role will also involve managing and tactically executing all elements of a program, including training and asset creation, scheduling, documentation, cross-collaboration, and timeline management. You will facilitate live and/or virtual training and information sessions as needed, ensuring that all stakeholders are well-informed and engaged.
