Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinical trial activities for oncology studies.
• Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP and FDA/EMA regulations.
• Create and manage budgets and resource plans for assigned studies.
• Identify cross-study synergies to leverage efficiencies.
• Drive accountability and oversight of CRO to ensure timely and compliant study delivery.
• Collaborate with other functions to achieve clinical goals and objectives.
• Coach and guide less experienced team members in problem-solving.
• Review relevant documents including protocols and clinical study reports.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with a BA/BS/RN or 5+ years with an MA/MS/MBA/PharmD/PhD.
• Prior clinical trials/operations experience in company-sponsored clinical trials required.
• Prior oncology clinical trials experience is essential.
• Advanced knowledge of study management best practices and tools.
• Significant industry knowledge including drug development processes.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to influence without authority.
