About the position

The Sr. Cloud DevOps Engineer will be responsible for managing and automating cloud infrastructure using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. This role requires strong technical skills in cloud technologies and experience with application lifecycle management (ALM) tools. The engineer will work in an agile environment, collaborating with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and automate cloud infrastructure using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Utilize ALM tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Git for application lifecycle management.
• Implement platform automation using tools like Cloud Formation and Terraform.
• Work with data streaming technologies such as Kafka and AWS Kinesis.
• Participate in agile development processes and foster teamwork within project modules.
• Train and coach project group members to enhance knowledge management.

Requirements

• Strong experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes, including AWS EKS.
• Administrative knowledge of ALM tools like Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git, and Sonar.
• Hands-on experience with platform automation tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with data streaming technologies like Kafka and AWS Kinesis.
• Experience working in an agile environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience managing and operating DevOps platforms such as Jenkins and GitHub.
• Knowledge of application performance monitoring tools like AppDynamics and Datadog.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python or Go, and scripting languages like Unix scripting or Perl.
