About the position

The Sr. Commercial Marketing Coordinator at Hilb Group plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing efforts for new commercial accounts, particularly those generating over $1,500 in agency revenue. This position involves collaboration with Commercial Lines Producers and managing relationships with insurance carriers, while also providing backup support to the service team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a service-driven culture that emphasizes high performance and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CL Producers to market and create presentations for new Commercial accounts over $1,500 in agency revenue.
• Be the primary relationship manager with our insurance carriers for visits and correspondence.
• Assist the CL Service team as a backup or fill-in.
• Manage 1 direct report assisting on the new business accounts.

Requirements

• P&C licensed Commercial experience; Preference for large commercial experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and project management skills
• General knowledge of marketing concepts and strategies
