About the position

The Sr. Communications Production Manager (Sr. CPM) is responsible for managing the production workflow of Workplace Investing (WI) communication materials for large implementations and ongoing strategic clients. This role involves overseeing daily print production, inventory management, and issue resolution while developing insights into clients' communication strategies. The Sr. CPM will also lead the creation of educational materials, manage project timelines, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration with various business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Handle production workflow of Workplace Investing communication materials for large implementations and ongoing strategic clients.
  • Develop insights into clients' communication strategies and provide consultative support to the Client Service Team.
  • Oversee daily print production, inventory management, and issue resolution.
  • Lead the creation of standard or custom educational materials for client projects.
  • Manage project planning, scheduling, execution, issue resolution, and reporting.
  • Participate in and lead client meetings and projects to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support business improvement initiatives to enhance quality and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing or related field strongly desired.
  • Five to seven years of project management experience preferred.
  • Minimum of three years Defined Contribution and writing experience preferred.
  • Series 7 and 63 is required and must be acquired within 120 days.
  • Fidelity experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong oral/written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven strong leadership, motivation, negotiation, and influence skills.
  • Creative thinking and strong problem resolution skills.
