About the position

As a Senior Compensation Consultant at Amazon, you will support the compensation needs of hourly associates on a step plan in North America. This role involves collaborating with Operations Leadership, PXT Partners, and Finance to achieve compensation objectives, implementing policy management, and driving process improvement initiatives. You will work with stakeholders to enhance engagement with compensation programs and tools, requiring strong data analytics and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent and efficient execution of compensation programs and projects, delivering high-quality, scalable solutions within aggressive timelines.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and obstacles by collaborating closely with business partners and key stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate with and influence senior stakeholders across multiple parts of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Analytical and quantitative skills with a track record for planning, executing, and auditing work.
• Ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data.
