About the position

Community Health Choice, Inc. (Community) is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in providing high-quality health care services to our Members. Our organization serves over 400,000 Members through a comprehensive network of more than 10,000 providers and 94 hospitals. We offer a variety of programs, including the Medicaid State of Texas Access Reform (STAR) program, the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), Health Insurance Marketplace Plans, and the Community Health Choice (HMO D-SNP) for Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality health care services to Members.
  • Assist in the management of care programs for chronic conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with health care regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with a network of providers to coordinate care for Members.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving Member experiences and health outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, public health).
  • Experience in managed care or health insurance preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of health care regulations and compliance standards.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Medicaid and Medicare programs.
  • Familiarity with care management practices.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
