The Senior Compensation Analyst at CHOC will play a crucial role in managing compensation-related projects, ensuring that salary structures remain competitive through market analysis, job evaluations, and data-driven reviews. This position requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management, with a focus on supporting talent acquisition and retention within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis and job evaluations to ensure competitive salary structures.
  • Complete survey benchmark reviews and data-driven compensation reviews.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation data in HR systems.
  • Support system enhancements related to compensation data management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align compensation programs with organizational performance.
  • Evaluate new and existing healthcare roles based on job responsibilities and required skills.
  • Apply job evaluation methodologies to establish job levels and classifications.
  • Regularly benchmark roles against healthcare-specific compensation surveys.
  • Stay updated on compensation trends and regulatory requirements in healthcare.
  • Educate HR business partners on the job evaluation process.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of healthcare compensation experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Statistics or related field.
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel & Access).
  • Strong analytical skills including statistical analysis and financial modeling.
  • Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
