Engaging with leaders to understand compensation philosophy and plans, the analyst will develop reporting tools to support enterprise-wide and location-specific compensation initiatives. Furthermore, the role includes evaluating and approving jobs, managing job descriptions for FLSA compliance, and providing compensation consultation to leadership on various aspects such as pay inequities and salary administration guidelines. The Senior Compensation Analyst will also maintain OU Health's compensation structure, conduct annual reviews of grade assignments and ranges, and recommend necessary adjustments. The analyst will be responsible for data entry and validation within the Workday compensation module, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of compensation data, and conducting audits of payroll data.
