As a Senior Compensation Analyst at UnitedHealth Group, you will play a crucial role in the UHG Enterprise Compensation and International Total Rewards team. This team is responsible for the design, development, and deployment of tools, processes, and consulting services related to enterprise-wide and business-specific compensation programs. Your contributions will directly support the objectives of attracting, retaining, and motivating key talent through competitive and responsive compensation programs that align with both external market influences and internal organizational goals. You will have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S., allowing you to tackle challenging projects while contributing to the transformation of health care for millions. In this role, you will provide analysis and support on moderately complex corporate and business segment compensation processes, projects, and initiatives. You may independently lead projects that are moderately complex to complex in nature, assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of compensation programs and products. You will represent the business segments in corporate design efforts, enabling business compensation strategies through effective tools, capabilities, and communications within the corporate compensation philosophy framework. Additionally, you will develop complex queries, reports, and analyses to meet customer requests and partner with various stakeholders to work on cross-functional initiatives, change management, and implementation efforts.
