This position plays a crucial role in supporting the client group objectives of attracting, retaining, and motivating key talent through competitive and responsive compensation programs that align with external influences and internal objectives. In this role, you will provide analysis and support on moderately complex corporate and business segment compensation processes, projects, and initiatives. You may independently lead moderately complex to complex compensation and business-specific projects, assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of compensation programs. You will represent the business segments in corporate design efforts and enable business compensation strategies through tools, capabilities, and communications within the corporate compensation philosophy framework. Additionally, you will develop complex queries, reports, and analyses to meet customer requests and partner with various stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives, change management, and implementation efforts.
