The Sr. Compensation Analyst will be responsible for the administration of multiple incentive compensation plans and will collaborate with members of field HR, Operations, and Finance to optimize incentive processes and standards. This role is crucial in providing guidance and support to the business, ensuring that compensation practices align with organizational goals. The salary for this position begins at $75,000. In this position, you will execute and administer the monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives for various incentive plans. You will advise HR business partners and managers in the administration of current incentive programs, resolving a wide range of issues in both imaginative and practical ways. Maintaining and developing complex databases and reports for incentive programs and evaluating results will be a key responsibility. You will conduct analyses to determine the effectiveness of incentive compensation practices and assist in the incentive plan design process by preparing statistical analysis, data modeling, and costing for plan recommendations. Additionally, you will provide recommendations for new or revised policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring timely implementation and consistent adherence to policies. Preparing and distributing bonus plan documents annually and as needed throughout the year will also be part of your duties. You will provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as required and actively participate in compensation-related projects and system implementations.
