This position will focus specifically on Field Operations compensation programs, which encompass Sales, Inside Sales, Business Consulting, Professional Services, and Customer Support and Training. The successful candidate will ensure that these compensation programs align with the company's strategies and goals while remaining compliant with global regulations. Strong technical knowledge in compensation and the ability to build relationships with Human Resources partners and Line Management are essential for success in this role. In this position, you will work closely with Field Operations Executives to establish and review market-based target total compensation for all Field Operations positions, adhering to established policies and organizational strategies. It is crucial to ensure that all key positions are linked to accurate and appropriately leveled market data. You will evaluate and classify new positions to maintain external competitiveness and internal equity, regularly reviewing current base and incentive programs to assess their effectiveness and making recommendations for necessary changes. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing the methodology for promotions and transfers within and between Field job families, monitoring administration against guidelines globally in collaboration with regional HR representatives. You will also participate as a member of the cross-functional Sales Compensation team, partnering with HR and client organizations to provide service-oriented compensation analysis based on the business needs of the organization. This role includes participation in annual salary planning cycles, researching and administering compensation programs, and maintaining and auditing compensation data in Oracle to prepare comprehensive models and reports as needed. Compliance with laws and regulations such as FLSA, Title VII, Equal Pay Act, and others is a critical aspect of this role.
