About the position

The Senior Compensation Analyst role involves providing expert consultation on compensation trends and advanced analytics to support the Total Rewards team. This position collaborates with the Compensation leader to meet strategic business needs, monitors compensation trends, and enhances the overall effectiveness of the compensation function.

Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise on compensation trends and analytics to support the Total Rewards team.
  • Collaborate with Compensation leadership to draft justifications for recommendations.
  • Analyze compensation competitiveness to identify insights and trends, and perform root cause analysis for improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions aligned with organizational goals and legal requirements.
  • Participate in special projects to address specific business needs, including developing project plans and specifications.
  • Conduct cost analysis of compensation interventions and prepare presentations for stakeholders.
  • Maintain data integrity and manage data uploads into the assigned Compensation Tool.
  • Coach and assist compensation consultants and specialists with related activities and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation analytics
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with HRIS systems, specifically Workday
