As a Senior Compensation Analyst at Insight Global, you will play a crucial role in managing the university's compensation programs on a day-to-day basis. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure internal equity and competitiveness with the external market. This position requires a strong background in executive compensation and Total Compensation (TCC) experience. You will be expected to leverage your expertise in data analysis, particularly in creating spreadsheets, forecasting compensation, and developing pivot tables to make informed recommendations and reports. In this role, you will assist in the creation of presentation decks for various positions, ensuring that the data and insights you provide are suitable for executive review. You will also be involved in year-end processes, bonus cycles, and the analysis of job structures and categories. Conducting research to provide insights and information to the board of trustees regarding compensation practices in similar organizations will be a key part of your responsibilities. As an internal consultant, you will provide guidance and expertise to university partners, helping them achieve their business goals through effective compensation strategies.
