About the position

The Senior Compensation and Total Rewards Analyst at WSFS Bank is responsible for the administration of compensation plans and associate group benefits. This role involves providing analytical and technical support, collaborating with compensation leadership, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to ensure that total rewards plans align with business strategy and market competitiveness. The analyst will play a key role in enhancing total rewards initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Supports annual total rewards projects such as pay-for-performance cycles, position description updates, budget forecasting, and compensation reviews.
  • Assists with administering short- and long-term incentive programs including equity administration in partnership with Finance.
  • Conducts job analysis, leveling, and market benchmarking evaluations, assigning jobs to pay grade structures.
  • Coordinates salary survey participation with vendors and maintains related database.
  • Assists with new hire offers, promotions, transfers, and other compensation actions.
  • Prepares reports and presentations illustrating market data and cost analysis for management decision-making.
  • Proposes plan/program changes to ensure regulatory compliance and reflect industry best practices.
  • Assists with total rewards related audits and budget administration activities, suggesting process improvements.
  • Establishes total rewards program guidelines, policies, SOPs, internal governance, and streamlined processes.
  • Manages the day-to-day relationship with key vendors such as compensation partners, attorneys, and brokers.
  • Supports the mission, strategy, and values of the Company.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of total rewards experience, specifically in broad-based compensation analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong consultative interpersonal skills with the ability to influence inter-departmental teams.
  • Ability to execute tasks and follow through to completion, being solution-focused.
  • Knowledge of compensation and employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage through ambiguity and complexity.
  • Strong knowledge of an HRIS platform; Workday experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and make decisions based on business objectives.
  • Ability to handle confidential data and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization, both verbal and written.
