About the position

Adobe is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Compensation & Data Insight Sr Analyst. This role is pivotal in generating seller and business performance insights to drive strategy conversations and to make informed business decisions. The position involves developing standardized performance dashboards and conducting ad-hoc analysis to help leadership understand seller performance and its impact on business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized performance dashboards for leadership.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to understand seller performance.
• Generate data-driven insights explaining trends and outliers.
• Communicate analyses and insights effectively to senior leadership.
• Support short-term ad-hoc deliverables.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related degree.
• 5+ years experience in a similar role with a focus on technical project management and team member engagement.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce CRM, Power BI, Anaplan, and advanced Excel skills.
