About the position
We're looking for a talented, committed, and energetic individual to join our Insights & Analytics team as a Consultant to support our growing Real-World Evidence function. The Senior Consultant is an integral member of project teams where he/she will work side-by-side with consultants, database developers, and statisticians. With an eye for details, they are responsible for designing, developing, and executing analyses on RWE data sources (e.g., administrative claims) that meet clients and internal project team needs and offer value-add insights. The Senior Consultant is also responsible for effectively communicating with all project team members, including managers on all matters related to project assignments. In this position, the Consultant is expected to multi-task across multiple projects and project types concurrently while maintaining a high degree of quality and accuracy.

Requirements
- BS, MS or PhD in Public Health, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Biostatistics or Engineering.
- 3-4 years of work experience in analyzing healthcare administrative claims data.
- Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills.
- Strong problem solving and logical thinking skills.
- 1-2 years interpreting and running statistical analysis.
- 2-3 years programming skills for querying data for analysis.
- Extensive experience with MS Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication in English (written and verbal) and interpersonal relations skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Demonstrated interest in the life sciences field.
- Graduate training (Masters/Doctoral degree) in STEM fields or Masters in Public Health.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI).
- Ability to mentor and train others.
