About the position

As a Sr Consulting Manager at CBRE, you will oversee complex research initiatives that contribute to client deliverables in the realm of real estate operations and investments. This role involves managing multiple projects, analyzing financial data, and developing strategic real estate plans to meet client objectives. You will serve as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring successful project delivery and alignment with client goals while leveraging your expertise to coach others and drive innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client-facing representative, managing multiple projects and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
  • Review financial information and data for various deliverables, including market plans and process improvements.
  • Study the fiscal impact of real estate transactions using net present value analysis and IRR.
  • Present research on industry best practices and develop advanced strategic real estate plans for clients.
  • Implement processes and define portfolio management priorities for site and area planning.
  • Partner with database managers to develop comprehensive management models for strategic consulting efforts.
  • Support the achievement of financial and operational measures established for clients.
  • Develop and distribute building, state, and segment reports for specific accounts or engagements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to meet real estate requirements and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Apply advanced knowledge to develop new methods for achieving departmental objectives.
  • Coach others to develop expertise in various areas within the function.
  • Model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values and persuade stakeholders to embrace new perspectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education.
  • Healthcare and clinical portfolio strategy planning experience desired but not required.
  • Innovative mentality to develop methods beyond existing solutions.
  • Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
