About the position

The Sr. Content Designer will play a crucial role in shaping the content strategy for an ecommerce client, focusing on the Fashion and Live Streaming verticals. This position involves collaboration with various teams to create engaging and accessible content for products such as apparel, sneakers, and handbags, as well as enhancing the streaming video selling experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product designers, UX researchers, and product managers.
• Design and implement content strategies for Fashion and Live Streaming verticals.
• Write and edit content strings for various products and platforms.
• Make informed decisions on how to communicate concepts effectively to customers.
• Ensure content is accessible and inclusive for all users.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in content-focused roles.
• 4+ years of experience specifically in in-product content.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in English, journalism, communications, marketing, human-centered interaction, or a related field.
• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product work and a systems-level mindset.
• Experience in developing product content strategies for web and mobile.
