About the position

The Sr. Content Designer will play a crucial role in shaping the content strategy for an ecommerce client, focusing on the Fashion and Live Streaming verticals. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to create engaging and accessible content that enhances the user experience across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, and product managers to design content for Fashion and Live Streaming verticals.
• Write and edit content strings for various products including apparel, sneakers, handbags, and watches.
• Contribute to the development of content strategies that prioritize accessibility and inclusivity.
• Distill complex information into clear and concise content for users.
• Work closely with a Staff Content Designer to ensure alignment on project goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in content-focused roles.
• 4+ years of experience specifically in in-product content.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in English, journalism, communications, marketing, human-centered interaction, or a related field.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product work and a systems-level mindset.
