About the position

The Sr. Content Manager (Change Management) plays a pivotal role in overseeing the change management processes for critical enterprise projects within the Modern Delivery Office. This office is responsible for managing software delivery methodologies across the firm, supporting enterprise-wide initiatives through influence rather than authority, and providing thought leadership to key partners. The focus is on creating a customer and product-centric approach that ensures consistency and continuity across various business divisions. In this role, the individual will leverage established change management methodologies, processes, and tools to develop strategies that facilitate the adoption of necessary changes brought about by various projects or initiatives. This includes conducting impact analyses to assess change impacts, evaluating change readiness, and managing stakeholder relationships effectively. The Sr. Content Manager will also lead training and communication efforts related to technology delivery and tools, ensuring that key communications are designed, developed, delivered, and managed effectively. The position requires a strong proficiency in agile methodologies and technology implementations, enabling the individual to streamline multiple methodologies into a cohesive package when necessary. As a senior-level employee, the Sr. Content Manager is expected to thrive in a multi-disciplinary project environment, possessing a broad knowledge of the firm and its key functions. This role is often seen as an internal consultant, requiring the ability to influence stakeholders and navigate company politics while leading cooperative efforts among project team members.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the change management of critical enterprise projects by leveraging a change management methodology, process, and tools.
  • Assess change impacts by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and managing stakeholders.
  • Lead and support training and communication efforts for technology delivery and tools.
  • Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive change strategy for various projects in Modern Delivery (MD).
  • Ensure MD communications align with the company vision, business strategy, and brand.
  • Translate complex data into digestible visuals and/or short videos for executive reporting.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years related experience in change management and program management.
  • 2+ years of experience with Agile methodology.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in creating modern training materials such as On-Demand training video series.
  • Strong change management experience with proven ability to lead complex change efforts across multiple portfolios.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and influence stakeholders effectively.
