About the position

The Senior Content Marketing Manager at TP-Link Systems Inc. is responsible for leading and executing content marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role involves developing comprehensive content strategies, overseeing content creation, optimizing for SEO, managing distribution across various platforms, and analyzing performance metrics. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentorship of junior content creators.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content such as blog posts, white papers, case studies, eBooks, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure content is optimized for search engines and improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage content distribution across various platforms including social media, email campaigns, and partner websites.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot, providing regular reports on KPIs.
  • Work closely with product marketing, design, and other teams to align content with brand messaging and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and mentor junior content creators, freelancers, and third-party vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing with a proven track record of developing successful content strategies.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with managing content creation for B2B and/or B2C audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working in a leadership role with direct reports.
  • Background in digital marketing and familiarity with paid media strategies.
