As a Sr. Content Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in our marketing team, which, despite its small size, is highly skilled and impactful. This hybrid position combines content creation with data-driven growth marketing strategies aimed at engaging and converting our target audience, primarily technical business leaders in the SMB SaaS tech space. You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Growth, and cross-functional teams to create and optimize content that effectively showcases the capabilities of the Nylas platform. Your responsibilities will include writing high-impact content such as blog posts, white papers, email campaigns, and website pages that resonate with developers, engineering managers, product managers, and executives. You will partner with Product Marketing and Developer Relations teams to ensure that the content aligns with product releases and appeals to both technical and business audiences. Additionally, you will manage graphic design resources to support digital campaigns and customer-focused programs, while also collaborating with the Demand Generation team to identify and amplify high-performing content strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing content-driven marketing campaigns, including landing pages and A/B testing, continuously measuring and optimizing their performance. A key aspect of your work will be to develop and maintain a strong, authentic voice for Nylas content, ensuring it speaks to both technical and business audiences without relying on industry clichés. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about crafting compelling content and driving growth strategies in a dynamic tech environment.
