About the position

As a Senior Content Marketing Manager at Enumerix, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy aimed at driving demand for innovative genomics products and enhancing brand awareness. This role involves producing engaging multimedia content across various marketing channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, and aligning content initiatives with overall business goals. You will collaborate closely with the Product and Marketing teams and report directly to the VP of Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Produce high-quality, engaging demand generation content across various formats, including blog posts, videos, eBooks, infographics, and social media posts.
  • Develop thought leadership pieces (articles, opinion pieces, industry insights) that establish Enumerix as an authority in the field.
  • Create press releases that effectively communicate key messages and company news, and secure media placements with the help of agency partners.
  • Manage the budget and partnerships with publications for strategic content placements and ongoing advertising.
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee external agencies and contractors to produce content.
  • Own the company content style guide, ensuring all public-facing materials across teams follow the same standards in writing, grammar, punctuation, and tone.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content development and improvement.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master's) in Biology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of content marketing, demand generation, or product marketing experience in the genomics or life sciences industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful content strategies that drive demand and increase brand awareness.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and content production skills, with the ability to craft compelling content across marketing channels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong understanding of the genomics market, including key players, trends, and customer needs is a plus.
