We are seeking a talented, passionate and performance-driven Sr. Copywriter to join our dynamic marketing team. You will help bring the brand to life through copy, experiences, products, with a specific emphasis of driving high performing ad copy, landing pages, email campaigns, and UI/UX copy within our application. You will be a guardian of Noom's tone of voice, ensuring it resonates with our audience while driving engagement and performance.

Responsibilities

• Refine Noom's product messaging, ensuring consistency and clarity across all platforms.
• Write and oversee the creation of ad copy, email campaigns, UI/UX, and long form copy that captivates our audience.
• Analyze and optimize copy for performance, leveraging insights to continually refine messaging strategies for maximum impact.
• Ensure all copy is polished, free of errors, and aligns with brand guidelines.
• Audit and refine Noom's tone of voice and how we show up across channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in copywriting, with a focus on digital marketing and brand development.
• Proven track record of crafting clear, concise, and engaging copy that drives results, with a specific emphasis on ad copy and email campaigns.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to create user-friendly copy for digital platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Creative thinker with a strong sense of humor and the ability to weave personality into brand messaging.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
• A portfolio showcasing your copywriting prowess across various formats and channels.
